Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

製造プロセスの設計標準化品質および生産性の改善

IoTやMESなどのデジタル技術ソフトウェアを活用した生産体制の構築と安定化

生産データの収集分析による課題抽出と改善提案

法規制品質安全環境基準を満たすための技術的対応

設計製造現場品質保証部など関連部署との連携による課題解決

Required Qualifications

工学系の大学卒業で設計または製造エンジニアとしての実務経験 (または高卒で５年以上の経験) があり製造プロセス加工組立検査などに関する知識がある

IT/デジタル技術例データ分析IoTRPAデータベース業務系システム等に関する基礎的な知識と実務経験がある

ソフトウェアコーディングの経験例Python Java script Php C# など深い知識は不要

製造現場技術部門などの社内関係者と日本語による円滑なコミュニケーションができる

英語によるメール対応等基本的なコミュニケーション能力読み書き中心

Desired Characteristics

現場課題に対してIT/デジタル技術を活用した改善経験がある

海外との技術的なやり取りやプロジェクト推進経験
