Facilities Control Engineerは広島工場内のプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで監視システムの改修新規導入と最適で安全な制御設計を行い各種プロジェクトを遂行する
またトラブル対策最適運転管理を行う為専門知識を利用し改善業務を行うと共に運用コストの削減を図るさらに関連するリスク低減を図り災害事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る

職務として下記業務の推進を行う

• 法令を遵守し安全を考慮した設備計画設計の実施
• 安全衛生基準環境基準の理解と遵守
• 技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明
• 法令規則を遵守した設計許可書類の作成
• 設計施工に対する仕様書の作成
• 設計図面の取り纏め
• プロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理
• 設備性能検査方法の決定
• カスタマーの要求の把握
• トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開
• 統計的データーに基づいた品質管理
• コスト省エネ環境管理活動の推進
• 設備の負荷管理及び設備更新増設の計画
• 設備劣化状況の把握及び維持更新の計画
• 専門技術知識の開発実行共有
• 技術レポートの作成論文の発表
• トレーニング資料の作成及び開発
• 業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献
• ファシリティー監視システムの提供オペレーション上のトラブルサポートトラブル解析
• FMEAによるリスク解析
  追加TableauPower BI等のツールを使用してのデーター作成管理
  AIを使用しての業務改善改善活動
