Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our international customer care team in this role you will provide non-technical troubleshooting and high-quality customer support for Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books Movies and other Google services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service via phone email and chat.
Assist users with non-technical issues related to Google services.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent Czech and English (B2).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Interest in digital products and online platforms.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
