Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations (Forex Nairobi Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone email and messaging platforms.
- Assist with account opening KYC verification deposits/withdrawals and platform navigation (MT4/MT5 cTrader TradingView or proprietary platforms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on trading tools promotions and company offerings in a professional compliant manner.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect and report client feedback to help improve products services and support processes.
- Stay up to date with company policies market news and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry.
Candidate Profile:
- 13 years of experience in client support account management or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.
- Native English (written and verbal).
- Understanding of MT4/MT5 cTrader TradingView platforms basic trading terminology and financial markets.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions
- High attention to detail especially in handling sensitive client information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings or weekends if required.
Will be considered as a plus:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk)
- Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
