Role Summary

The Client Sales Partner plays a pivotal role in driving commercial growth deepening client relationships and ensuring a world-class experience for high-value clients. This role combines strategic account management luxury sales execution and project leadership. The Client Partner is responsible for cultivating long-term partnerships with high-net-worth individuals developers architects and design professionalstranslating their vision into bespoke interior solutions while championing The Design Gallerys brand and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

Client Strategy & Portfolio Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value bespoke furniture and interior design contracts.
  • Identify and capture opportunities for account growth within luxury residential and commercial sectors.
  • Analyse client profitability and refine service strategies to enhance mutual value.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and proposal development to contract signing and project handover.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets directly supporting the companys revenue objectives.
  • Represent The Design Gallery at high-level industry events cultivating relationships and generating a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling customised presentations that secure prestigious design projects.
Project Leadership & Client Advocacy
  • Serve as the primary client advocate throughout the project lifecycle ensuring that expectations are exceeded at every stage.
  • Lead client meetings set strategic direction and manage high-level decisions and communications.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with client briefs and The Design Gallerys standards of excellence.
  • Resolve escalations and complex challenges with professionalism protecting and strengthening the client relationship.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and develop the Assistant Relationship Manager driving team capability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with design sales production and operations teams to deliver seamless exceptional client experiences.
  • Share client insights to inform product development marketing initiatives and operational improvements.

Market Intelligence & Brand Ambassadorship
  • Champion The Design Gallerys luxury brand values in all interactions.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and emerging client needs to maintain industry leadership.
  • Provide strategic feedback to leadership on market opportunities and business risks.

Requirements

  • 57 years experience in Luxury sales key account/relationship management or commercial roles within interiors furniture architecture or related sectors.

  • Proven experience managing high-value client portfolios and consistently achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex premium contracts.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to assess account profitability.
