DescriptionAbout Team
The Corporate Platforms team delivers and supports the core business platforms used across the organization including HR Finance and CRM systems. The team is responsible for implementing managing and enhancing enterprise platforms such as Oracle HCM Oracle Financials and Dynamics CRM ensuring they are secure reliable and fit for business needs.
The Role
Eliciting and documenting requirements from the business stakeholders
Defining comprehensive configuration / development specifications including acceptance criteria as input to dev team; minimize back/forth
Articulate the technical solution to business stakeholders in business language
Analyzing business processes and identifying areas of improvement
Staying up-to-date on business processes and new IT advancements to enable processes
Responsibilities:
Review solution test cases along with test results in Test/UAT cycles to ensure overall functionality & deliverables
When feasible/necessary do high level testing
Lead SEO call with business ICCM MWS & HR to strategize in reducing abandoned (failed) searches; and action
Share monthly Search performance report based on SP OOB data and attend to all ad-hoc Search analytics or content promotion queries.
Work with the business to strategize and improve overall Intranet Search experience and help execute them wherever possible.
Working with the development team and business stakeholders to ensure technical documentation including documentation of automated workflows captures knowledge adequately to serve as a reference for both business and technical teams in activities such as troubleshooting bugs drafting requirements for future enhancements drafting guidance for end users and supporting knowledge transfer between developers.
QualificationsBachelor of Commerce () or equivalent degree in Commerce/Business.
