Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering analysis and documentation for fund order routing processes
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders clients and technology teams
Analyze and interpret financial messages including SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX formats
Drive functional solution discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Review functional specifications support testing and ensure quality delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to solution optimization
Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices
Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Fund Order Routing
Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messages (MT502 MT509 MT515 MT540MT546)
Good understanding of ISO 20022 MX messages (setr.004 setr.010 setr.013 setr.016)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong client-facing and consulting mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Working Model:
Hybrid working with required presence at client location in Pune
