Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Act as a sparring partner to the General Manager on strategic tactical and operational matters.
Lead and standardize S&OP planning processes and tools across the region.
Drive adoption of commercial tools (e.g. Salesforce Vistex PowerBI) and ensure bottom-up feedback for process improvements.
Performance & Transformation
Install and manage performance reporting mechanisms (KPIs SQDC revenue tracking).
Apply LEAN methodologies to foster innovation and process enhancement.
Commercial Enablement
Align with global and regional marketing and sales teams to activate commercial strategies.
Support sales readiness reporting and customer success initiatives.
Coordinate training needs and facilitate capability-building programs.
Data & Analytics
Promote a culture of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Leverage existing reporting tools to automate insights and eliminate manual reporting.
People Management
Responsible for people management including coaching and performance management
Qualifications
Proven experience in business operations or commercial management ideally within healthcare or diagnostics.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital tools (Salesforce PowerBI etc.).
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Masters degree preferred or equivalent experience in business healthcare or related fields.
Preferred Characteristics
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
Experience in transformation programs and operational excellence.
Familiarity with global commercial structures and regional integration models.
Fluency in English and Japanese is highly desirable.
