A career within Corporate Tax services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Youll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis managing working capital and profit sharing for partners. As a Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Experience: 10 years of experience in tax or a related field with a focus on integration strategy.
Education Qualification - Any Graduate /Post Graduate
Responsibilities
The work could include:
Develop and execute integration strategies for tax-related aspects of Canadian Tax business combinations.
Collaborate with senior leadership tax specialists and cross-functional teams to align integration plans with overall business objectives.
Lead integration planning and execution ensuring timely and efficient processes.
Identify and mitigate tax risks associated with integration activities.
Provide strategic direction on tax implications of integration projects.
Monitor and report on integration progress tracking key performance indicators and milestones.
Conduct due diligence to assess tax implications and develop integration roadmaps.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on tax regulations industry trends and best practices.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Travel Requirements
