The Manager & Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations while managing and executing all private and special events. This dual role ensures exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence strong leadership and seamless event coordination from inquiry to execution.
Oversee daily front-of-house operations ensuring Titan Hospitality service standards are consistently met.
Lead train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold brand culture.
Support with opening and/or closing responsibilities including cash handling reporting and shift checklists.
Monitor floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Address guest concerns professionally and proactively to ensure a positive resolution.
Partner with kitchen and bar management to ensure strong communication and service alignment.
Assist with scheduling labor management and maintaining a clean safe work environment.
Support marketing initiatives promotions and community engagement programs as needed.
Serve as the main contact for all private dining and special event inquiries.
Manage the full event process: inquiries proposals contracts deposits planning details and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to create customized menus and event experiences.
Coordinate event logistics including room setup AV needs linens décor and staffing.
Maintain organized event documentation ensuring all details are communicated to relevant departments.
Ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection for all events.
Foster relationships with clients vendors and local organizations to drive event sales and brand exposure.
Track and report on event revenue and client feedback to improve performance.
Minimum 23 years of restaurant management or event planning experience (hospitality industry preferred).
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management or POS systems a plus.
Flexible schedule must be available for evenings weekends and holidays as required by events.
