Were looking for a proactive and curiousWorking Student in Marketing (m/f/d)to join our Marketing team. As an energetic generalist you will play an active role in shaping Workpaths brand and growth by supporting campaigns events lead generation processes and marketing operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology company and get a behind-the-scenes look at how B2B marketing works in the AI era.

What We Are Looking For

We dont expect you to be an expertwhat matters most is your curiosity motivation and willingness to learn. However youre a great fit if you have:

Current enrollment in a related Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Marketing Business Communication or similar)
Interest in marketing operations events and digital campaigns
Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing tools is a plus
First experiences with AI tools for Marketing
First experiences withPaid Ads (Google and LinkedIn)
Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn
Energetic mindset ownership and a desire to learn and grow
Excellent English skills; German is a plus
