Your key responsibilities include:
- You support our Banquet Manager in the day-to-day banquet and event operations.
- You serve as a pointof contact for all employees colleagues and our international guests regarding all matters related to event operations.
- You coordinate oversee and execute various events while ensuring smooth service delivery.
- You prepare events for our international guests in collaboration with our Event Sales Team.
- You manage events meetings and functions that often host hundreds of international guests.
- You handle and organize administrative tasks.
- You ensure compliance with all hygiene standards and guarantee seamlessservice processes.
Be able.
- You are eager to grow every day learn new things and be part of a close-knit and ambitious team.
- You remain calm and composed even in high-pressure situations.
- You have several years of experience in a similar position or have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry.
- Your strong communication skills set you apart and you feel confident communicating in both German and English.
