Internal Sales Representative at ICAPE Denmark

Do you want to be part of an international company where you get responsibility influence and close customer contact At ICAPE Denmark A/S you will play a key role in the sales organization acting as the link between our sales team customers and other departments.

About ICAPE Denmark:
ICAPE Denmark is the Danish branch of the global ICAPE Group a supplier of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and technical components. We combine strong technical expertise with international reach to deliver high-quality solutions to customers in the electronics industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a link between the sales department and other parts of the company

  • Handle inquiries from both colleagues and customers

  • Free up time for the field sales team

  • Ensure quality throughout the delivery process from quotation to final delivery

About You:

  • Service-oriented structured and naturally driven by sales

  • Enjoy contacting customers and following up on quotes and orders you see the phone as an active tool for building relationships developing partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Experience in internal sales or customer service in a technical B2B company is an advantage

  • Proficient in English both written and spoken

  • Comfortable with IT and preferably experienced with CRM or ERP systems
