Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Recruiting Management (RCM) and

Onboarding (ONB). The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of overall experience including 3 4 full-cycle RCM

implementations and hands-on experience in Onboarding implementations with strong client engagement skills and the

ability to deliver quality outcomes using SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) implementations and

support activities.

Configure and optimize recruiting & onboarding processes ensuring smooth RCM ONB integration.

Manage and coordinate system landscapes including releases refreshes and escalations.

Perform root cause analysis for issues provide effective solutions and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to governance policies BAU processes and client-specific standards.

Stay updated with latest SuccessFactors releases and adopt new functionalities (e.g. Joule/AI).

Deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices and business requirements.

Mentor and support peers within the team to enhance overall capability.

Required Skills & Experience

10 15 years of professional experience with at least 3 4 end-to-end RCM implementations.

Hands-on experience in Onboarding (ONB) implementations.

Strong understanding of Recruiting & Onboarding processes and related SuccessFactors modules.

Experience managing landscape changes delta releases and system refresh activities.

Knowledge of cross-module integrations (RCM ONB EC etc.).

Excellent communication stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

General:

Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels

Leadership through communication coaching and mentoring to achieve collective success

Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels

Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

Able to link the business to an IT solution.
