Technical project manager would be managing complex SQL based technical projects bridging the gap between technical execution and organizational strategy ensuring projects align with goals and are delivered on time and within budget. They should be well versed with DBMS concepts and SQL queries along with having strong project management skills.

The Technical project manager will be responsible for defining the guidelines and best practices for the database architecture and SQL code development

In this role the Technical Project Manager needs to provide Data driven insights to our Client and Operations team. Work very closely with various business units (Operations Training Data Analysts etc.) to drive customer's initiatives processes services and tools with which the business functions. The technical project manager meets regularly with stakeholders to manage their expectations keep them updated and make sure the project aligns with their goals and objectives.

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for reviewing the business processes from end-to-end identifying and addressing operational financial and technological risks and opportunities. Owning and managing end to end strategic project activities. Able to manage different analytical projects including the requirement gathering dashboards and data requirements and statistical analysis provide insights/findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform different types of data and statistical analysis

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; detail-oriented creative persistent and self-motivated.

• In depth knowledge of project management stages and tasks involved. Handled more than 10 small and mid size projects and a couple of large scale projects end to end.

• Managing a team of Data Analysts

• To collect interpret and analyze critical datasets and guide the team on technical infrastructure design

• Must be comfortable managing multiple projects while working under tight deadlines.

• Experience with creation of dashboards and reports providing insight into business data. Aggregate organize and visualize data to communicate effectively using presentation skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact cross functionally with product analysts data scientists engineers program managers ops managers and other team members. Should influence without authority by building rapport quickly and using a data/fact driven approach to get cooperation.

• Strong problem-solving ability and quantitative support along with skills to think outside the box for creative solutions

• A curious self-starter who does not fear failure while exploring datasets and run tests to understand the existing data structures & infrastructure without much documentation/guidance to rely on

• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements

• Assess business process and system inefficiencies

Required Skills & proficiencies :

• Strong working knowledge of SQL

• Strong Communication skills and stakeholder management

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Looker studio Tableau or PowerBI

• Business Analytics - Good knowledge of excel and documentation best practices

• Project management

Good to have skills & proficiencies:

• Machine learning - Working knowledge of different machine learning algorithms

• Understanding of different programming languages

• App scripting knowledge to automate sheets and documents

• Understanding and experience in Data mining
