About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) professional to provide technical expertise and/or deliver corporate training in wireless networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of WLAN fundamentals RF technologies network security and enterprise wireless network deployment and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct corporate trainings or project implementations focused on CWNA curriculum.
Plan design and deploy wireless LAN solutions based on enterprise requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot wireless access points controllers and client devices.
Perform RF site surveys channel planning and interference analysis.
Implement wireless security standards (WPA2 WPA3 802.1X etc.).
Provide detailed documentation reports and technical training materials.
Stay updated with the latest CWNP certifications and WLAN technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards and WLAN concepts.
Expertise in RF fundamentals antenna theory and signal propagation.
Hands-on experience with:
WLAN Controllers and Access Points
Wireless Network Design Tools (Ekahau AirMagnet etc.)
WLAN Security and Authentication Mechanisms
WLAN Troubleshooting Tools (Wireshark OmniPeek etc.)
Good communication and presentation skills for corporate training delivery.
