Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Define and manage the ERP programme roadmap in line with corporate strategy
Oversee multiple workstreams including Finance Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Establish and maintain governance and compliance frameworks
Ensure alignment with regulatory security and quality standards
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams
Report on progress KPIs and decisions to senior leadership and steering committees
Manage budgets forecasts vendor contracts and resource allocation
Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and issues
Oversee ERP integration with legacy systems and manage master data governance
Lead adoption training and change management initiatives post go-live
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Degree and/or relevant certifications in IT Business or related field
8 years experience in ERP programme management (Dynamics 365 or SAP preferred)
Strong understanding of finance supply chain and manufacturing processes
Proven experience in governance portfolio management and agile delivery
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- English (fluent)
- German an advantage
- Residency in the EU EEC UK or Switzerland
- Ability to work remotely and on-site in Berlin in a hybrid arrangement
