Role Overview

As Regional Sales Manager for DENZA you will be responsible for a defined region within the German market. You will manage and develop dealer partners ensure the achievement of sales and performance targets and safeguard premium brand and quality standards across your area. You will act as the key interface between DENZA and the dealer network driving sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full commercial responsibility for a defined sales region in Germany

  • Manage develop and support DENZA dealer partners

  • Ensure achievement of sales volume market share and profitability targets

  • Ensure consistent implementation of DENZAs premium brand standards (sales customer experience processes)

  • Support dealers in sales planning forecasting and market activities

  • Identify market opportunities and proactively develop local action plans

  • Act as a problem solver for dealers taking a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing aftersales network development)

  • Regular travel within Germany to visit dealers and regional partners

Your Profile

  • At least 8 years of experience in automotive sales ideally in the premium segment

  • Proven experience in dealer management and regional sales responsibility

  • Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on pragmatic and solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing dynamic organization

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-management skills

  • Comfortable working in an international environment

Requirements

  • Fluent in German; good English skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany

  • High level of self-motivation flexibility and resilience

  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of sales KPIs
