Role Overview
As National Sales Manager DENZA Germany you hold full responsibility for the sales performance of the brand across the German market. You ensure that sales targets are achieved across all channels including dealer retail sales own retail stores B2B/fleet business and direct sales.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Director DENZA Germany you will lead the national sales strategy work closely with retail partners and internal teams and play a key role in shaping DENZAs long-term success in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for DENZAs overall sales performance in Germany
Ensure achievement of sales targets across all channels (dealers own retail stores B2B/fleet direct sales)
Develop and implement the national sales strategy in alignment with the Commercial Sales Director
Lead and manage the national sales team ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment.
Lead steer and further develop the dealer network and own retail operations
Drive sales excellence performance management and KPI tracking across all channels
Work closely with marketing aftersales network development and HQ teams
Analyze market trends and sales data to derive actionable measures
Provide pragmatic solution-oriented support to retail and business partners
Build and lead a high-performing motivated sales organization
Represent the DENZA brand towards key internal and external stakeholders
Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.

Your Profile
Extensive experience in automotive sales preferably within the premium segment
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong experience managing multiple sales channels and complex sales structures
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on results-driven approach
Pragmatic solution-oriented way of working in a fast-growing environment
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
Enjoy working collaboratively with teams retail partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor or master s degree in Business Sales or a related field.
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
High level of resilience flexibility and self-motivation
