What Youll Do
As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sozoroad you will play a vital role in shaping our growing team by sourcing engaging and hiring top talent across various departments. Youll manage the full recruitment cyclefrom job posting and candidate screening to coordination and onboardingensuring a positive and efficient experience for all applicants. This role requires strong communication organization and stakeholder management skills as youll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including creation of job descriptions interview questions and assessment forms; job posting candidate sourcing screening interviewing evaluation and candidate endorsement.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the companys Applicant Tracking System (preferably with experience in Zoho Recruit).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Represent Sozoroad professionally and positively in all candidate and partner interactions.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration with the team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively and represent Sozoroads culture.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR coordinationpreferably in a consulting tech or startup environment but not required.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit experience preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency.
  • Understanding of sourcing tools Boolean search and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
