The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing long-form videos such as YouTube content interviews brand stories and corporate films. This role is perfect for someone who understands storytelling through visuals pacing and sound design and can bring raw footage to life with creative finesse and technical expertise.

Edit long-form videos including interviews podcasts YouTube content brand documentaries and promotional films.

Work closely with the creative and content teams to understand the narrative and ensure alignment with brand tone and strategy.

Organize and manage footage ensuring seamless transitions clean edits and polished final outputs.

Incorporate graphics text overlays sound effects and background music to enhance storytelling.

Maintain consistency in visual style tone and pacing across all videos.

Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining quality and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest video trends editing styles and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Manage timelines efficiently to ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Film Studies Media Production Visual Communication or a related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in video editing preferably for YouTube or digital platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects and other relevant editing tools.

Strong sense of pacing narrative flow and attention to detail.

Good understanding of color grading sound mixing and motion graphics.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and handle feedback constructively.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual rhythm.
