Content Lead will lead the overall content strategy development and execution across the service. The role will partner closely with editorial marketing creative studios and other relevant teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact content formats that drive engagement with the platform. The position owns end-to-end delivery from ideation to production to on-app performance.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead Content Strategy and Development working across Strategy Brand/Marketing Industry Relations Business Development and Data Analytics to deliver video content
* Take P&L ownership across Creative Production Experiential Product and Marketing
* Oversee content creation production workflow timelines and quality control across all platforms
* Manage Amazon Musics channel and distribution strategy for live and on-demand video content across platforms
* Create scalable operational mechanisms that enhance effectiveness and cross-team collaboration including monthly and quarterly business reviews oversight of Global Programs and governance of data analytics dashboards
* Drive innovation in formats storytelling and monetisation models
* Drive strategic alignment across businesses partnering with teams to coordinate priorities and deliver unified multichannel initiatives

- Experience managing or coordinating multiple simultaneous projects ideally in the media arts entertainment or events industries
- * 15 years of experience in content creative strategy digital storytelling or content marketing.
- Experience with variety of digital media workflows
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
