Join Our Team as an Allied Health Assistant Support Recovery and Enhance Patient Care

Make a real impact by assisting the Allied Health team in delivering high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services to patients across the Riverland Mallee Coorong region.

About the Role:

As an Allied Health Assistant you will work under the supervision of qualified Allied Health Professionals to provide hands-on support in patient care and treatment. Youll assist with therapy preparation and delivery monitor patient progress and ensure all interventions are carried out safely and effectively. Duties may include supporting patients during therapy sessions helping with transport and mobility and maintaining therapy equipment and documentation.

Youll also contribute to group-based therapy and education sessions and may assist in the training and supervision of junior Allied Health Assistants or students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients values teamwork and takes pride in supporting the delivery of compassionate high-quality care.

What Were Looking For:

  • Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a service environment.
