La función principal de les asistentes de investigación será apoyar el desarrollo de instrumentos cualitativos y cuantitativos del estudio recolectar datos para la validación y confiabilidad además de implementar los instrumentos en las 8 comunidades seleccionadas aleatoriamente para la investigación y apoyar los procedimientos de análisis de datos.

Your profile
Profesional tecnólogo o estudiante de séptimo semestre en adelante de psicología antropología sociología trabajo social educación o un campo de estudio relevante.
Indispensable: interés y/o conocimiento en métodos cualitativos y/o cuantitativos para la investigación.
Experiencia requerida:
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en investigación social monitoreo y evaluación en un campo relevante (Ej: psicología antropología educación y/o protección infantil)
- Indispensable contar con habilidades comunicativas a nivel oral y escrito.
- Habilidades de facilitación comunitaria.
- Habilidades para relacionarse con comunidades.
- Habilidades para incluir comunidades que suelen estar marginadas.
- Habilidades positivas de relacionamiento interpersonal para el trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidad para seguir protocolos (Ej.: de investigación y de estándares éticos)
- Habilidad para manejar información sensible y confidencial.
- Habilidad para reportar con precisión la información recolectada

Lugar de trabajo: Área Metropolitana de Barranquilla (Galapa Malambo Puerto Colombia y elmunicipio de Barranquilla).
Duración:6 meses (3 de noviembre de 2025 30 de abril de 2026). Con posibilidad de renovación.
