About the role:
The Change and Communications Lead will be responsible for leading the People and Change workstream of the Operating Model program ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective delivery of change initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy and plan that fosters awareness engagement and alignment across the division and broader organization.
The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement a structured approach to change management focusing on stakeholder engagement communication and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
