Whats the role
A senior change leadership role responsible for orchestrating end-to-end change execution for SME and Small business customer migrations as part of UNITE Ensuring organisational and customer readiness through strategic leadership stakeholder engagement and the management of a team of change professionals to deliver a seamless and customer-centric transition.
This role will lead a team of change professionals to assess impacts quantifying business and customer risk minimising disruption and ensuring a smooth migration experience for customer and employees. It will oversee the end-to-end delivery of all change initiatives ensuring the organisation and its customers are fully prepared for the transition.

What do I need
To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience in change management and have been involved in a large-scale transformation. You will also need to have prior experience in managing a team and be a proactive people leader.

Other skills and experiences required include:

  • Strategy and planning skills within Transformation programs
  • Customer migration operational readiness and change adoption of mastery
  • Leadership of large change teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Operational risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
