About the role

As a Change Management Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of change management plans for projects and initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts develop and implement strategies and ensure smooth transitions. This role also involves coaching and guiding leaders and employees to enable adoption of new processes and technologies.

This role will be based within theEssential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for leading change in complex environments. You thrive on building strong relationships influencing stakeholders and delivering outcomes that align with organizational objectives. Your ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities sets you apart.

About your skills
You bring strong project management capabilities excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. You are experienced in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Your leadership and ability to integrate change activities into project plans will ensure success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Change Management or demonstrated capability through relevant experience and qualifications.

Desired experience

• Change Management Certification.
• Experience leading change programs in large complex organizations preferably within utilities or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks tools and measures.
• Familiarity with project and program management disciplines and the ability to forecast plan and integrate change activities.
