About the Role: As a seasoned Service Advisor youll be the face of our service department delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll leverage your automotive knowledge to guide customers through maintenance and repair processes ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-person over the phone via text or email to understand and document vehicle concerns with precision.
- Provide expert recommendations on maintenance and repairs based on vehicle mileage inspections and technician insights.
- Build trust with customers through transparent communication and professional service.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.
- Drive service department efficiency and customer retention through proactive follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Proven Experience: 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional skills in-person on the phone via text and email.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
