What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead mentor and motivate the staff team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
- Ensure all activities meet the needs of every child in line with the EYFS framework.
- Uphold nursery policies and maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with parents and carers to build strong trusting relationships.
- Take the lead when the Nursery Manager is absent maintaining consistency and high standards across the setting
