Job Summary
Maintenance Executive Chas P Hayley Galle
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery equipment and utilities.
Manage maintenance activities work orders and equipment data using SAP.
Monitor machine performance conduct inspections and ensure proper calibration and certifications.
Oversee utilities and facility systems including power air and water supply.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
Generate maintenance performance and downtime reports.
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians coordinating with production and engineering teams.
Analyze maintenance costs identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in factory maintenance preferably in a manufacturing or processing industry.
- Sound knowledge of motors pumps conveyors gearboxes hydraulic and pneumatic systems and control panels.
- Exposure to preventive maintenance systems spare parts management and energy conservation practices.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits panels and safety protocols.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office; experience in ERP-based maintenance systems will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work extended hours or shifts when required to attend urgent breakdowns.
- Strong leadership problem-solving skills commitment to safety and quality ability to lead a small team and self-motivated initiative.
