| Detailed Description: | This is a part-time temporary non-benefit-based position with an anticipated end date of June 30 appointment is renewable at the discretion of the University and dependent upon performance and continued funding. The Director of the Pep Band is a part-time position that is vital to creating the spirited energetic atmosphere that defines USDs athletic events especially at home mens and womens basketball games football games campus pep rallies and other major university functions. The Director will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for student musicians ensuring that all members feel valued and supported in their musical and personal growth.
