The Role
As a Release Manager you are responsible for the continuous delivery of application releases supporting business critical services.. You are able to leverage product and program management practices to define and lead innovative initiatives focused on product availability customer experience application ownership and continuous delivery. You use agile methodologies to plan coordinate and lead deployments of major product releases feature releases and patches in a SaaS environment.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on detail orientation.
- Has to work with stakeholders to ensure timely releases
- Strong at change control and change mgmt
- Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
- Building and managing Jira dashboards for releases
- Planned vs Actuals
- Capacity utilisation
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members.
- Outstanding organizational communication and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment.
- Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
- Exposure to data analytics and reporting is definitely advantageous (any CRM reporting tool)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills organizational and time management skills
- Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiar with Service Ownership and DevOps best practices.
- Experience managing SaaS Cloud Application releases.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards policies and risk management.
- Public cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.
- Ability to manage/juggle multiple priorities without loss of efficiency.
