Job Summary

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends customer preferences and competitive landscape in East India.
    • Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.
    • Set achievable sales targets and develop plans to surpass them consistently.
  3. Brand Expansion:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and create awareness about our services in the east region.
    • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to promote brand growth and customer engagement.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including bus operators vendors and customers.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress challenges and strategic planning.
