Job Summary
- Develop test plan.
- Test Execution: Running manual and/or automated tests to evaluate a products functionality performance and overall quality.
- Defect Management: Identifying documenting and tracking defects then working with developers to resolve them.
- Ensure that the team follows the testing standards guidelines and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy.
- Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.
- Manage test environment test data preparation test tools and test automation implementation.
- Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases.
- Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
- Primary contact and escalation point for testing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or above in business computer Information Technology Computer Science or any related fields.
- Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated) System Test Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test.
- HR domain testing is a plus.
- Testrail experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
- Good command of English both written and spoke.
