Job Summary

Job Title: Release Manager (Dynamics 365)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Release Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to coordinate control and ensure the quality of release and deployment processes. This role will ensure compliance with technical governance standards alignment across teams and environment stability. The Release Manager will play a central role liaising between development architecture and support teams ensuring all deliveries follow ALM best practices while minimizing risks and production impact.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Coordinate and manage release and deployment processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ensure alignment between development architecture and support teams.
Manage ALM processes including solution management (managed/unmanaged) segmentation and conflict control.
Analyze dependencies metadata and version impacts.
Manage multi-environment deployments (sandbox/staging/production).
Identify process improvements and proactively address potential issues.
Maintain quality technical rigor and consistency in all releases.
Leverage Git (GitFlow branching strategies PRs merges) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

3 of experience in project related to Release Management or similar roles.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM.
Knowledge of solution management segmentation and conflict control.
Experience in multi-environment deployment management.
Strong organizational planning and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical and support teams.
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
Orientation to quality technical rigor and delivery consistency.

Complementary Requirements:

Experience with Git (GitFlow branching strategies PRs merges).
Experience with Azure DevOps GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
