Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of a major new data center in Groningen.
If you have a passion for managing large-scale complex Electrical projects and have a focus on data centers or similar complex asset type this role could be for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the electrical design process including reviewing and approving electrical schematics specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure all electrical components are installed to the required standards and within the project timeline.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all electrical systems are installed correctly and are functioning as intended.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members ensuring that they are following best practices and adhering to project requirements.
- Work with the project management team to identify and mitigate project risks.
Qualifications :
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on data center design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Experience managing large-scale projects (data centers) including developing project schedules and budgets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
