Your mission
We want to join forces with a dedicated eager and curious Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for our customer base in Benelux.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our footprint in the Benelux region. Our presence in the Benelux has gained strong momentum with a rapidly growing client base that includes leading organizations such as Prorail Hema Postcode loterij Radboud UMC.
This is more than a role. You will not only be the primary contact for our Benelux clients but also have the chance to shape the future of our services in this vibrant market.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis
As a Customer Success Manager youll lead support implementation and sales initiatives playing a pivotal role in our Customer Success Management functionality within the Benelux market. Reporting to the VP Customer Success and collaborating closely with the Regional Director Benelux youll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact. This is a full-time position.
