- Supportive administration & communication tasks such as emails purchase orders & appointments
- Interpret brand standards for internal & external marketing
- Proactively co-ordinate the online presence of our hotels
- Distribution of materials
- Assist to create content for print online & digital distribution
- Maintain image library
- Co-ordinate social media accounts for each property including accommodation and F&B venues
- Track & organise campaigns across social media channels
- Attend events & produce live social media content
- Keep up to date with new initiatives
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone to bring their personality passion and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- Impeccable & professional writing capabilities
- Logical thinker
- Attention to detail
- An in-depth and current knowledge social media platforms
- Experience with SEO SEM Adobe Creative Suite Canva Google Analytics & Meta Ads
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Experience in a similar position will be well regarded
- The flexibility to work various shifts / hours
