Job Summary

This role will provide valuable support to our teams & enable you to gain industry experience in fast paced market.

  • Supportive administration & communication tasks such as emails purchase orders & appointments
  • Interpret brand standards for internal & external marketing
  • Proactively co-ordinate the online presence of our hotels
  • Distribution of materials
  • Assist to create content for print online & digital distribution
  • Maintain image library
  • Co-ordinate social media accounts for each property including accommodation and F&B venues
  • Track & organise campaigns across social media channels
  • Attend events & produce live social media content
  • Keep up to date with new initiatives

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone to bring their personality passion and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

  • Impeccable & professional writing capabilities
  • Logical thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • An in-depth and current knowledge social media platforms
  • Experience with SEO SEM Adobe Creative Suite Canva Google Analytics & Meta Ads
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Experience in a similar position will be well regarded
  • The flexibility to work various shifts / hours  
  • Full working rights
