Job Summary

As an Event Coordinator you will:

  • Plan coordinate and execute high-end events ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming event leads professionally through multiple channels
  • Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue function menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximised.
  • Collaborate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
  • Manage budgets timelines and logistics with precision.
  • Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets.
  • Stay ahead of trends bringing creativity and innovation to our event offerings.

Qualifications :

  • A strong background in event planning within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
