Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Agile Coach to help accelerate our agile journey across cross-functional technology teams. Youll lead agile enablement coach teams and leaders and embed agile ways of working into our software development lifecycle.
Work that matters - What youll be doing
- Coach and empower teams: Guide engineering teams tech leads and architects in agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS) and technical practices like CI/CD DevOps and TDD.
- Lead agile transformation: Partner with teams and leaders to align agile practices with strategic goals foster a growth mindset and build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Enable delivery excellence: Support sprint planning backlog creation prioritisation and agile ceremonies. Help teams lock in user stories for upcoming sprints.
- Build agile capability: Create training programs communities of practice and agile playbooks. Conduct maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
- Measure what matters: Build JIRA dashboards and BI reports to track cycle time deployment frequency sprint variability and velocity trends.
Qualifications :
More about you
- 8 years in agile environments including 5 years coaching global tech teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of software engineering and agile delivery models.
- Experience with SAFe Scrum Kanban Lean and agile tooling (Jira Confluence).
- Certifications like SAFe SPC ICAgile or equivalent.
Bonus points for:
- Background in software development or systems engineering.
- Experience in large-scale agile transformations.
- Additional certifications (PMI-ACP CSP DevOps).
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures.
