About the Role
Monash Connect is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead key service functions including Service Excellence Reporting & Insights Workforce Planning and Training & Recruitment. This role is central to delivering a high-quality student experience ensuring Monash Connect operates efficiently effectively and consistently with our commitment to service excellence.
The Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of professional staff oversee the Quality Assurance framework drive process improvements and implement initiatives that enhance service delivery. The role also manages service transition projects develops staff capability through training and induction and fosters strong partnerships with faculties and business units.
About You
You are a proactive and collaborative leader with proven experience in operational management within a high-volume customer-focused environment. You have excellent people management analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
