We are looking for Application Support Analysts (Level 2) to joinour E-commerce support teamin role is responsible for ensuring the reliability performance andcontinuous improvement of business-critical applications. The successfulcandidate will provide operational and functional support to internal usersmanage incidents and collaborate closely with development teams to resolvecomplex issues.
Provide Level2 support for e-commerce applications assisting internal usersin resolving system-related issues.
Investigate and resolve data and process discrepanciesensuring the accuracy and timeliness of system updates.
Conduct rootcause analyses and implement permanent solutions to preventrecurring incidents.
Manage changerequests including planning testing and releasingfunctional fixes.
Monitor and enhance existing business processesidentifying opportunities for optimization.
Document incidentresolutions and problem management procedures maintaining astructured knowledge base.
Collaborate with developers and other technicalteams to communicate business requirements and technical findings.
Support batchprocesses and critical end-of-day operations ensuringuninterrupted performance of Tier 1 systems.
Participate in environment setup for softwarereleases and perform pre-productionand post-deployment testing.
Linux/UNIX& Windows Systems Expert
MonitoringTools (Dynatrace $Universe/Univiewer or similar schedulers)
SQL/ Oracle Proficient
Pythonand other scripting languages Intermediate
Familiarity with ITIL methodology(incidents changes problems and requests management).
English:Expert (mandatory)
Portuguese:Basic (nice to have)
French:Basic (nice to have)
Strong writtenand verbal communication skills; ability to interact clearlywith both technical and non-technical teams.
Proven teamworkand collaboration abilities in an international environment.
