About the role:

Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Brisbane team as a Receptionist/Administration Officer at our spectacular Kangaroo Point location. Working in our Links Sessional Rooms this is a part time position working between 22.8-30.4hours per week (required Mon Wed & Fris and every second Tuesday) meeting and greeting patients of our visiting medical officers. This role will also provide reception coverage for our Hospital Front Office Reception on an adhoc basis.

You will bring your passion to the position where you will work with visiting doctors to support patient appointments. A snapshot of your duties would include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors answering all enquiries via the telephone and email

  • Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.

  • Processing billing and payments including medicare rebates
