About the role
We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist (3 days a week) for our Mandurah office. This role is integral to the smooth running of the office and how clients experience HHG from the moment they walk through the door or contact us.
Key responsibilities include:
- Front-of-house reception and welcoming clients
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting with client appointments
- General administrative and office support to the legal team
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail couriers and daily office coordination
What a successful candidate will look like:
- A professional warm and approachable manner
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of clients in person and by phone
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability discretion and a calm approach under pressure
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage but not essential the right attitude and presentation are critical.
