Job Summary

Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Performs quality control inspections on a daily basis using EnvVisual software
2. Manages team of quality control associates
3. Directs team in daily tasks focuses and deliverables

4. Creates reports and distributes to the Operations department

5. Follows up on and re-inspects unacceptable inspection results

6. Demonstrate high energy mobility initiative and drive to enhance operations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction

7. Routine travel required

8. Communicate with on site management and client to insure routine evaluations are conducted properly with the least amount of friction (scheduling)

9. Create quarterly analysis and summary to insure continuity of improvements or issues

10. Participate in weekly management meetings with results of audits

3. Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.

4. Ability to work well with others and motivate people.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

6. Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel Word etc.

7. An energetic forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

8. A strategic visionary with sound technical skills analytical ability good judgment and strong operational focus.

9. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

10. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.

11. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

12. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Education and Work Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred

3. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Work Environment

1. Fast paced office environment

2. High sense of urgency

3. Small office environment

4. The noise level in the work environment is unusually loud.

5. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.

6. Heavy protection may be required and will be provided.

7. Occasionally exposed to dust odors oil fumes and noise.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
