About the role
Were seeking a Remote Luxury Travel Specialist to design and deliver exceptional personalized travel experiences for discerning clients. Working fully remotely youll combine deep destination knowledge with attentive service to craft high-end itineraries coordinate exclusive experiences and manage every detail from booking through post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships solving complex logistics and curating memorable stays and activities for luxury travelers.
Key responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand preferences budgets and special requirements for high-end travel.

Research and propose bespoke itineraries including premium accommodations private transfers guided experiences and exclusive access where appropriate.

Coordinate and confirm reservations with hotels tour operators private guides and other luxury suppliers.

Manage complex itineraries and multi-leg trips ensuring timing transfers and special requests are accurate.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before and during travel promptly addressing questions or issues.

Maintain up-to-date records of client preferences bookings invoices and supplier contracts.

Build and maintain relationships with luxury suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and value-added services.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling high-value client information.
Requirements

2 years experience in luxury travel concierge services high-end hospitality or a closely related role preferred.

Strong communication and client-relationship skills with a polished service-oriented manner.

Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail when managing multi-component itineraries.

Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word email internet research). Familiarity with GDS CRM or online booking platforms is an advantage.

Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote work setup with the ability to work occasional early/late hours to accommodate client or supplier time zones.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
