Your Responsibilities: Impacting Healthcare

As an Italian-speaking support specialist you will serve as the initial contact point for our customers who are often healthcare professionals or patients themselves.

Your daily mission will be to:

• Provide Solutions: Skillfully address and resolve device-related queries technical issues and troubleshooting needs communicating primarily via phone email and chat.
• Maintain Records: Accurately document all interactions resolutions and technical steps taken to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Escalate Wisely: Recognize complex or urgent technical problems and efficiently hand them off to specialized support teams when necessary.
• Deliver Empathy: Handle sensitive customer situations with patience professionalism and a high degree of empathy especially given the nature of the medical devices.

Note on Experience: We value strong communication skills above all! Prior experience is not required as we provide comprehensive paid training. All necessary work equipment will be supplied by the company.

Candidate Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role you must meet the following non-negotiable standards:

• Italian Mastery: You must possess native or near-native fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
• English Competence: A solid B2 level in English is required for training internal team communications and technical documentation.
• Location: You must commit to working on-site at our facility in Porto Portugal.
• Schedule Flexibility: Full willingness to operate within a 24/7 rotational shift system.

Understanding the Shift Rota

Since this is a crucial 24/7 operation the schedule requires flexibility:

• Rotational Shifts: Your work week will include rotational shifts spanning Monday to Sunday.
• Rest Days: You are guaranteed two rotational days off each week.
• Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00): You must be aware that covering the night shift will be an occasional requirement as part of the total rotation cycle.
