What the Role Involves
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the main point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients including doctors nurses and hospital staff. Your day-to-day work focuses on delivering exceptional service by telephone email and chat.
Your core duties include troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries related to the medical equipment. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing issues guiding customers through solutions and ensuring all details are meticulously recorded in our system. While previous experience in customer service is valuable it is not mandatorywe prioritize your communication skills and drive. Full comprehensive training will be provided and all necessary work equipment will be supplied by the company.
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)
To be considered for this vital position candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Italian Fluency: You must have native or near-native fluency in Italian (C2 level) for all verbal and written communication.
- English Proficiency: A minimum of B2 level English is required for internal communications training and technical documentation.
- Location: You must be prepared to work on-site at our office in Porto Portugal.
- Availability: You must be willing to work a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Work Schedule and Flexibility
This role is integral to supporting a 24/7 operation meaning full schedule flexibility is required:
- Rotational Shifts: Your weekly shifts will be rotational covering hours from Monday through Sunday.
- Days Off: You will be assigned two rotational days off each week.
- Night Shift Requirement: Our operations include a small team covering the Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00). All agents must be aware of and comfortable with the possibility of covering this shift occasionally as part of the mandatory 24/7 rotation.
