About the Role
We are hiring a German-speaking Order-to-Cash Specialist for an international shared services center in Lisbon.
Youll manage the end-to-end O2C process ensuring accuracy in invoicing order processing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders invoices and payments for German-speaking customers.

Manage collections and account reconciliations.

Communicate with clients in German and English to resolve queries.

Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflow.
Requirements

Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).

Experience in finance accounting or customer service preferred.

Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Eagerness to learn and contribute to an international team.
