Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the Tax IT Business Analysis ideal candidates will have a strongbackground in taxation business process analysis and ITsystems within the financial position plays a key role in bridging business needs and technologysolutions ensuring high-quality project delivery aligned with businessobjectives and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Collectanalyze and formalize requirements related to Tax businessprocesses and systems.

Participate in pre-analysis sessions with business teams tounderstand and challenge their needs.

Apply BusinessAnalysis best practices to ensure clarity consistency andtraceability of requirements.

Translatebusiness needs into functional and technical specifications forIT development teams.

Support and guide developers during theimplementation phase providing functionalexpertise on Tax-related processes.

Contribute to testing phases includingtest planning execution and validation of deliverables.

Assist the business in user acceptance testing (UAT)and ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements.

Ensure proper documentation workflows and projectreporting are maintained throughout all phases.

Manage changerequests ensuring they align with business priorities and ITconstraints.

Collaborate with stakeholders across businessand IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Technical Skills

Education:Masters degree in ComputerScience Engineering Finance Management Tax or Law.

TaxExpertise: Advanced understanding of tax processes andregulations (mandatory).

Experience:Minimum of 4 years in the financialindustry preferably within Tax or Custody functions.

Strong SQLknowledge and experience with relational databases.

Proven experience with Agile methodologies(Scrum or Kanban).

General IT literacy and ability to work closelywith technical teams.

Understanding of financial systems and dataflows (advantageous).

Language Skills

English:Advanced / Mastery (mandatory).
